The Girls' Guide to Growing Up Great was published by Green Tree (Bloomsbury) in April 2018 and was updated in a new format in March 2020. It features contributions from psychotherapist, Laura Chaisty, and GP Dr Maddy Podichetty and is illustrated by Flo Perry.  It's a warm and empowering guide to puberty for girls and has been widely featured in the media, including The Guardian, The iPaper and also on Woman's Hour.

I started writing the book when my own daughter was approaching puberty after searching for a suitable book to give her the facts but also some of the other, more emotional 'tools' to support her through this changing time. I wanted something age-appropriate but frank. Kind but straight-talking.
